You
are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and nontransferable
license to use this Data Product under the following terms and
conditions: This license is not a sale of any or all of the owner's
rights. This Data Product and the information on the RésuméPerfectSM
World Wide Web server may only be used by you, and you may not
rent, lease, lend, sub-license or transfer the Data Product or
any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. You may
not develop or derive for commercial sale any other data product
in machine readable form that incorporates or uses any substantial
part of this Data Product or the information on the RésuméPerfectSM
World Wide Web server. Additional limitations on use of this Data
Product and the RésuméPerfectSM World Wide
Web server are set forth below.
You
are permitted to view the web pages on the RésuméPerfectSM
World Wide Web server and in this Data Product using a browser.
You may install and use one copy of the Data Product only on a
single computer or network. This copy is to be used by only a
single user at a time. If you wish to use the Data Product for
more users, you will need an additional license for each user.
You may make one copy of each Data Product for which you have
purchased a license in accordance with the terms of this License
for archive or backup purposes. You may use a copy of the Data
Product on a home or portable computer if that copy is never loaded
at the same time it is loaded on your primary computer.
You
are not permitted to publish, modify, transfer, e-mail, or make
derivative works of the information presented in these web pages
on the RésuméPerfectSM World Wide Web server
or in this Data Product, except for electronic copies inherently
necessary to view these web pages on a monitor using a browser
or as expressly allowed by applicable law. You may not save information

services, processes or technologies owned by Career Services Group,
Inc. or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed
as granting to the user a license under any copyright, trademark,
patent or other intellectual property right of Career Services
Group, Inc. or any third party, except for the right of use license
expressly set forth below in these terms and conditions.

SkillView, SkillNet, Résumé Architect, InterviewSmart,
Career CheckList, Targeted Networking, Academic Skill Conversion,
Qualifications Balance Sheet, Interview Balance Sheet, Follow-Up
Balance Sheet, and all related product and service names, design
marks and slogans are the trademarks, service marks or registered
trademarks of Career Services Group, Inc. All other product and
service marks contained herein are the trademarks of their respective
owners. No rights in or to such marks are hereby granted.
Right
of Use License
The
information and content provided in this Data Product is provided
under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for use only by
the individual who purchased a license for this Data Product and
only for that individual's personal use. The information and content
provided free of charge through the RésuméPerfectSM
World Wide Web site is provided under a nonexclusive, non-transferable
license for use only by the individual who signed onto this server,
and only for that individual's personal use. The user is not permitted
to commercially exploit the information or transfer it to any
third party. Any reprinting, sublicensing, copying, modifying,
publishing, assignment, transfer, sales, or other distribution
of the information contained within the RésuméPerfectSM
World Wide Web site or in this Data Product is strictly prohibited
without the prior written consent of Career Services Group, Inc.
The user shall not copy, except to make one backup copy for personal
use in accordance with the terms of the License, reverse engineer,
decompile, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of
the information, in whole or in part, except as allowed by applicable
law. The user shall not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign,
lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the information or any
part thereof or use it in any manner not expressly authorized
by this Agreement. The user shall not derive or attempt to derive
the source code or structure of all or any portion of the information
by reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or any other
means. The user shall not use the information to operate a service
bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of
others. The user does not receive any, and Career Services Group,
Inc. retains all, ownership rights in the information. The information
is copyrighted and may not be copied, even if modified or merged
with other data or software. The user shall not alter or remove
any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on
the information.
Consent
to Monitoring and Disclosure
Career
Services Group, Inc. is under no obligation to monitor the information
residing on or transmitted to this server. However, anyone using
this server agrees that Career Services Group, Inc. may monitor
the server contents periodically to (1) comply with any necessary
laws, regulations or other government requests; (2) to operate
the server properly or to protect itself and its users. Career
Services Group, Inc. reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate
any information residing on or transmitted to its server that
it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or in violation
of these terms and conditions. With regard to postings on this

Career Services Group, Inc. material on the RésuméPerfectSM
server or in Data Product (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY RESUMES
WRITTEN BY CAREER SERVICES GROUP, INC., AND ANY OTHER USER INFORMATION
PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH) may include technical inaccuracies
or typographical errors. Career Services Group, Inc. has the right
to make changes and updates to any information contained on the
RésuméPerfectSM server or in this Data Product
without prior notice. All sales are final. User's only remedy
is to in-kind replacement of defective Data Product. THE INFORMATION
PROVIDED ON THIS SERVER AND IN THIS DATA PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON
AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED

In no event will Career Services Group, Inc. be liable for any
indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages. This
agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail
to comply with any term of this agreement. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages or the limitation of duration of an implied warranty,
so the limitation or exclusion herein may not apply to you. This
warranty shall not be applicable to the extent that any provision
of this warranty is prohibited by any federal, state or local
law which cannot be preempted. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.

third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer,

of each individual vendor. The RésuméPerfectSM
name and logo and other trademarks, service marks and trade names
owned by Career Services Group, Inc. may not be used in any commercial
manner without the prior written consent of Career Services Group,
Inc.. The user is responsible for providing all software and equipment
needed to access this service and use all related Data Products.
This is the exclusive Agreement between Career Services Group,
Inc. and the user regarding its subject matter. Career Services
Group, Inc. shall have the right to terminate users ability to
access this service at any time without notice. Career Services
Group, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of
the information contained on this server and all related Data
Products at any time. Career Services Group, Inc. shall have the
right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user
may not assign any part of this Agreement without Career Services
Group, Inc.'s prior written consent. This Agreement shall be governed
by the internal laws of the State of Washington. The user shall
pay any taxes on the information or transactions, except for those
based on Career Services Group, Inc.'s annual net income. If any
provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws in using this
service or the information contained herein. No waiver of any
obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless
in writing, executed by the party against whom it is being enforced.
Any such waiver shall not preclude a party from exercising any
other right or later exercising the same right. Any notice under
this Agreement shall be delivered by U.S. certified mail, return
receipt requested, or by overnight courier to Career Services
Group, Inc. at the address below. These terms and conditions apply
on behalf of Career Services Group, Inc. and all of its affiliates,
employees, suppliers, and distributors.
U.S.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The
information is provided to the user with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use,
duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions
as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
(c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software--Restricted
Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Career
